Meet Coach BellHello Everyone! My name is Shaun Bell and I am the Head Football Coach at Lancaster Christian Academy. I am the Physical Education teacher for Pre-K through 12th grade at the school. I am thrilled to work in a private school in Middle Tennessee where I grew up and I am so grateful to have, what I believe as, the best job in the world. I have worked with all age levels and I love coming to work each day. I am excited to work with you and get to know each and every one of you better. Scroll down to learn a little bit more about me.
This will be my second year at Lancaster Christian Academy this year. I have lived in Middle Tennessee since for about 17 years now, so I consider it home. Here is just a little information about my education background. I went to Riverdale High School in Murfreesboro, Tennessee where I was apart of the graduating class of 2007. From there, I went on to receive my Bachelor's Degree from Middle Tennessee State University where I was apart of the graduating class of 2013. I previously was an educator at Lavergne High School before coming aboard the LCA Team in May of 2014. I prayed like crazy that The Lord would bless me with the opportunity to become part of the Lancaster Christian Family and when he granted my prayer, I could not have been any happier. I am married to my beautiful wife, Natalie, and we just had our first child in March of 2014, Lincoln Douglas Bell. Christ is my #1. |

Why I Became A Teacher |
I believe a part of me has always known that I was going to be a teacher. As I went through my walk through life I looked back on the values the ideas that had been instilled in me as a kid by my teachers, and once I realized the impact that one person had had on me, everything clicked. I believe in our future and I also believe that children are our future. I became a teacher in hopes of affecting students in a positive manner, but I became a teacher at a Christian school so I could preach Jesus Christ into the hearts of kids everyday. Providing them with more then just knowledge, but a basis and a respect for learning, growth, and faith that they will carry with them for the rest of their lives. I hope to do so and I can't wait to work with each and every one of you!
